Top 10 Ways to Expedite Funding:

  1. Everything documented on the contract must match the Purchase and Sales Agreement and the Source One Worksheet.
  2. All Credit apps must have completed 5 references, landlord and employment infomation for verification.
  3. All pay stubs must be dated with in 30 days, pleasefax over all questionable employment for approval.
  4. All loans must include proof of address dated within 30 days.
  5. International and out of state licenses are accepted only with a valid registration upfront.
  6. Check with state guidelines for registration policies.
  7. The customer must be listed on the bank account to make ACH withdrawals and all new accounts must include a bank letter.
  8. Make sure the customer can get insurance. We cannot fund the loan without an insurance binder.
  9. Buyers and co-buyers that live under the same household both need to be listed on the insurance.
  10. If a co-buyer is on the loan they have all the same requirements as the buyer and they must sign all the paperwork including a co-buyer agreement.
